The company explained, in a statement published on its website, that according to the final allocation of the fully marketed offering of 1.545 billion shares, according to which the majority of the shares allocated to the institutional segment subscribing to the offering were allocated to investors outside the Kingdom, on June 9, 2024, the following categories of the public own shares in the company:

- International institutional investors approximately 0.73% of the issued shares.

- Local institutional investors approximately 0.89% of the issued shares.

- Individuals approximately 0.76% of the issued shares.

- The ownership percentage of the remaining shareholders in the company, including the Saudi government, constitutes approximately 97.62% of the issued shares.

The Saudi company indicated that international and local institutional investors include institutions that purchased shares in the company through the initial public offering and/or the offering and/or by purchasing shares directly through the market after the completion of the initial public offering.

It pointed out that they include individual investors, including high-net-worth individuals (excluding executives, board members and other persons who are usually considered insiders), who purchased shares in the company through the initial public offering and/or the offering and/or by purchasing shares directly through the market after the completion of the initial public offering.
