Kylian Mbappe, the French national team star, raised concerns among the Roosters fans due to news of his injury days before the start of the Euro.
Mbappe appeared well against Luxembourg last week, scoring a goal and providing two assists, but he sat on the bench against Canada due to injury, and only entered the match for the last quarter of an hour.
According to the French network "Foot Mercato", Mbappe was keen to reassure everyone after the Canada match about his condition, as Kylian told reporters in the mixed zone: "I am fine."

Didier Deschamps, the Roosters coach, also stated after the match, saying: "Mbappe had a small problem due to a hematoma as a result of a bruise.. He was unable to train on Saturday because the bruise was very swollen, then he felt better on Sunday after receiving treatment, and wanted to play for 15 minutes."
French media claimed in the past few days that Kylian Mbappe was suffering from back pain and a bruise in the knee.
