Tottenham defeats Fulham and regains the lead in the English Premier League
Tottenham regained its position at the top of the English Premier League table thanks to its victory over its guest Fulham 2-0 on Monday evening in the ninth stage.
Tottenham won with a goal in each half, earning three valuable points that restored them to the lead, ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal.
South Korean captain Heung-Min Son scored in the 36th minute, then James Maddison added the second goal in the 54th minute.
The victory raised Tottenham's score to 23 points at the top, two points behind Manchester City and Arsenal, and three points ahead of Liverpool, and Fulham's score stopped at 11 points in thirteenth place.
Tottenham recorded its seventh victory this season, compared to two draws, and remains the only team with Arsenal that has not suffered any defeat so far.
