US President Donald Trump hinted on Sunday that sanctions on Iran might be lifted if it showed good faith.
In an interview with Fox News, Trump added that Iran is not currently considering returning to the nuclear program, adding that it is "very tired."

The US president explained that the last war was costly for Iran, noting that Tehran was weeks away from obtaining a nuclear weapon.

Trump also said in the interview that enrichment is a bad word that Iran should not use.

Since June 13, unprecedented mutual confrontations have erupted between the two sides for 12 days. The war led to US intervention in the conflict, with the United States launching airstrikes and attacks on three nuclear facilities last Saturday evening, targeting the Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan facilities.
Tehran responded by targeting military bases in Qatar and Iraq, without any casualties, before Trump abruptly announced a ceasefire hours later.
