Dutch earthquake expert Frank Hoogrebetz posted a tweet yesterday, Sunday, in which he expressed his extreme dissatisfaction and anger at the targeting of his accounts on the “X” platform, since the earthquake in Turkey in February.

He stressed that since the earthquake, which he predicted at the time and sparked widespread controversy, “his private accounts have been constantly targeted by community feedback to the point that it has severely disrupted the chronology.”

Prediction of earthquakes

He added that he decided to stop using the platform for the time being, noting that people interested in the latest developments related to earthquakes should follow him on YouTube, Facebook, and Telegram.

It is noteworthy that the Dutch scientist and his Planetary Engineering Authority expected some seismic activity during the recent period, and Hoogrebets’ warnings caused a state of panic, especially after he predicted several times the occurrence of earthquakes or tremors before they actually occurred over the past few weeks, the most prominent of which was the devastating earthquake that Hit Turkey on February 6.

A state of dissatisfaction

While many experts and studies have previously confirmed that it is not possible to predict the date of earthquakes, although it is possible to determine their location based on the history of the regions and their location on seismic activity plates around the world.

Many scientists also criticized Hogrebetz's theories, denying the link between the movement and position of the planets and seismic activity.
